Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Kaptimage Photography. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our photography services. By booking a session with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We offer a range of photography services, including but not limited to [list services, e.g., wedding photography, portrait sessions, and event photography]. Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on our website or provided upon request.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: To secure a session, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session date.

30 days for an Event or a photoshoot of more than 3 hours.

  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers.
  • Cancellation Policy: 
  • For Maternity/Family/ Boudoir

Cancellations made 7 days before the session will receive a 30% refund of the total amount paid.
Or reschedule their booking for another date. 

  • For events or photoshoot more than 3 hours: 

Cancellations made 30 days before the session will receive a 30% refund of the total amount paid.
No refund will be made under 30 days of notice. 

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Timeliness: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. Delays may result in reduced session time.
  • Permissions: Clients must obtain any necessary permissions for locations where the photography will take place.

5. Photographer’s Responsibilities

  • Delivery: Edited photos will be delivered within 4 weeks of the session date.
  • Quality: We strive to provide high-quality images and will make reasonable efforts to ensure satisfaction.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All images remain the property of Kaptimage Photography until full payment is received.
  • Usage Rights: Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use. Commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Liability

  • Limitations: Our liability for any claim related to the services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or illness.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or our website.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
